Start with where you were What problem were you trying to solve? What had you already tried, or what was making the project feel stuck?
Describe what happened What did the process look like? Was it the Discovery Session, visualizations, planning conversations? What was actually useful?
Say what changed Did you feel clearer? More confident? Were you able to move forward on something you'd been sitting on? That shift is what people want to know about.
Keep it in your own voice Don't worry about sounding professional. Write the way you'd describe it to a friend. That's what reads as genuine.
