The Brief
Take Out Depot had a concept, a location, and a set of 2D architectural drawings. What the owner needed was a way to show investors exactly what they were funding — not a floor plan, not a sketch, but the actual feeling of the finished building, inside and out. The drawings existed. The vision didn’t — not in a form anyone could see.
What We Did
Starting from the architect’s 2D drawings, we modeled the entire building and site in 3D, then developed the model into high-quality photorealistic renders — over fifty in total, covering the building from every angle that mattered, inside and out.
The exterior was rendered in multiple lighting conditions — golden hour for warmth and aspiration, overcast for an honest read of the building's real character. Each view was chosen to answer a different investor question: How does the brand read from the parking lot? How does the entry feel up close? What does it look like on a regular Tuesday?
Interior views showed how the building would actually function. The open main floor communicates scale and flexibility. The glass-walled offices show that this is a professional operation. The conference room and staff areas fill in the picture of a business that’s been thought all the way through.
The Outcome
The owner took the package to his investors — and it worked. The project moved from concept to construction, and the building’s structure is now complete. That’s the job a good visualization package does: it turns a stack of drawings into something people can believe in enough to fund.
