About four hours, both of us, room by room. You leave with a written plan covering everything from light and layout to storage, sound and flow — and the order to do it in.
Some houses have a specific thing wrong with them. Most don't. The lighting is part of it, and the layout is part of it, and the storage is part of it, and none of those alone explains why the place doesn't feel the way you wanted it to.
This is the version of our work with nothing narrowed down. Both of us, most of a day, every room, and the relationships between them — how light and colour affect each other, how flow and storage affect each other, how the outdoor space affects the rooms that look at it.
It suits people who want the whole picture before deciding where to spend, and people who have been chipping away room by room without the results adding up.

This is the deepest thing we offer. It's currently sold mostly to people who already know our work, and we take a limited number of them.
We walk every room
Flow, layout, organization and storage, light both natural and electric, colour, materials, furniture placement, sound, air, technology, and how each space connects to the next.
We talk about the people, not just the house
Routines, individual needs, shared needs, what's changing in the next few years, and what the house is being asked to do that it currently can't.
You get a written plan
An executive summary of the biggest opportunities, room-by-room observations, quick wins, medium-term projects, larger opportunities, a recommended sequence, and who you'll need for each part.

$1,200 approximately 4 hours, both founders
Anything further — design development, visualization, drawings or Project Development for specific rooms — is quoted and agreed before we start.
After the visit
The plan is yours to work through at whatever pace suits you. Some of it is free to act on this month. Some of it is a five-year picture.

We have referral arrangements with some of the partners we recommend. We'll always tell you when that's the case, and we recommend the one that fits your project rather than the one that pays us.
How is this different from booking several separate consultations?
Sequencing and the connections between things. Four separate visits give you four separate plans. This gives you one, with a view on what to do first and how each decision affects the others.
Do we need to act on all of it?
No, and most people don't. The plan is deliberately separated into quick wins, medium-term work and larger opportunities so you can take whichever layer fits.
Is our house too small for this?
Possibly. For a smaller home or condo, one focused consultation is often the better value. Book a Discovery Call and we'll tell you honestly.
Does the fee credit toward later work?
Ask us during the Discovery Call. It depends on what the later work turns out to be, and we'd rather answer it straight than write a blanket policy.
